MyCourtX Court Booking Rules

1. Booking Eligibility

• Only registered members and authorized guests can book courts.
• Guests must be accompanied by a member to access the courts.

2. Booking Windows & Availability

• Members can book courts up to 7 days in advance.
• Peak hours (5 PM - 10 PM) are limited to one booking per member per day.
• Non-peak hours have no restrictions on the number of bookings per day.
• Walk-in bookings are subject to court availability.

3. Booking Duration & Limits

• Standard booking duration: 60 minutes per session.
• Members can book a maximum of 2 sessions per day.
• Double booking of consecutive slots is allowed only for non-peak hours.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Bookings must be canceled at least 3 hours before the start time to avoid penalties.
• Members who fail to show up twice within a 30-day period will have their booking privileges suspended for 1 week.
• Cancellations after the allowed period may incur a penalty fee.

5. Guest Policy

• Members can bring up to 3 guests per booking.
• A guest fee applies per session.
• Guests must follow all club rules and regulations.

6. Court Usage & Conduct

• Courts must be used for the intended sport only (Pickleball, Padel, etc.).
• Proper sports attire and non-marking shoes are mandatory.
• Members must vacate the court on time to allow the next booking to start promptly.

7. Special Events & Club Reservations

• Courts may be reserved by the club for tournaments, coaching sessions, and special events.
• Such reservations will be communicated in advance.
• Members may be given priority access to participate in club-organized events.

8. Weather Policy (For Outdoor Courts)

• In case of rain or extreme weather conditions, bookings will be automatically canceled without penalty.
• Members will be notified of cancellations and may reschedule at no additional cost.

9. Payment & Refund Policy

• Payments for bookings are processed online or at the reception.
• Refunds for canceled bookings (within the allowed period) will be credited back to the member’s account.
• Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

10. Rule Violations & Enforcement

• Any violation of the booking rules may result in penalties, including temporary or permanent suspension of booking privileges.
• The club reserves the right to modify these rules as needed.
